     12 Months Guarantee
All our products carry a minimum of 12 months guarantee.  This excludes accidental damage.

     15 Day Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.  If not please return it to us within 15 days with the receipt and in its original condition and packaging and we will be happy to provide an exchange or a refund.

      Free Annual Cleaning
We will clean and polish any wedding ring purchased from us free of charge once a year.  Please visit DJ Jewellery with your receipt.  If the ring needs to be rhodium plated there will be a small charge.

       Free Ring Size Adjustment
We will adjust the size of any gold ring free of charge at the time of purchase.  Platinum alterations may incure a small charge if made larger.  If you do not know the size required at time of purchase,  we will happily do this at any stage within the 15 day Change of Mind period,  thus enabling you to give the ring and then simply return it for adjusting later on.*

    * Please note that the ring must be returned in new condition.  The above service may incure a small charge if sizes need to be larger than P for ladies and U for men.  We would need to estimate for this service at the time of your enquiry.  Also with some styles this may not be possible,  we will however let you know at time of purchase,  if the desired size is possible.  If this is not possible,  we would gladly exchange for a different design,  if the item is retured within the 15 day change of mind period.

      Every article we sell comes with its own  Valuation For Insurance.

       Free delivery to Great Britain and Northern Ireland addresses.
    

     All items are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will be e-mailed the tracking number so you can check where it is.
 

      If we cannot fulfil your order within  5 working days, then we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to discuss the options available to you.
